A proud alumnus of the University of Georgia, Winston earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, followed by a Master of Public Administration, equipping him with a strong foundation in both public policy and business management.

Residing in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, Winston is married and a proud father of two children. His daughter is currently a freshman at Spelman College, while his son is thriving in kindergarten.
